Django is running a lessons learned session. He and his team have been looking back at the last phase of the project and asking themselves what worked well and what didn't. They have been at it for two hours. They have used post-its, coloured pens and stickers to try to help them stay upbeat. Django knows that someone will have to write this stuff up and let the rest of the programme see it. When he gets home Django is going to open his special whiskey and have some time alone.
